Returns & Issues
All sales are final to the maximum extent allowed by law. Most items are vintage, limited, or one-of-one collector pieces, so we do not accept returns for fit, preference, buyer's remorse, sizing assumptions, color differences caused by screens, or normal vintage wear shown or described in the listing.
We will review an order issue only if we shipped the incorrect item, or where a refund, return, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with the order number, product title or SKU, photos of the item received, and photos of the packaging.
Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition received, with no wear, washing, alteration, fragrance, damage, or missing packaging/accessories. When legally permitted, any approved remedy may be issued as store credit instead of a cash refund. Shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where Style Ninja shipped the wrong item.
